At Shop Chunks, we want you to love your new style, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original unworn condition with all fashion tags still attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
